The aim of this masterplan is to design an attractive open space around hotel facilities, which shows a high quality of stay, fits harmoniously into the surrounding landscape and creates an image worth remembering by all guests. A new network of paths is laid out to pass certain highlights in the area. Sensory elements and a cozy atmosphere inviting to linger upgrade these spots.
The existing green structure is preserved and complemented by characterizing landscape citations and continued around the property. Indigenous bird friendly shrubs and bushes are inserted harmoniously into the scenery and mark the estate’s boundaries at the same time.
The planned masterplan is a long-term project and will be implemented step by step.
