Up the wall!
Technopark Raaba, located directly next to the A2 freeway, is home to numerous companies. Its appearance is characterized by striking building structures and strongly sealed surfaces. Since the open space on the site is limited, the client decided to green the façade of the 25-meter-high parking garage. The green structures of the area are strengthened with the installation "Up the wall!". The facade greening has reached a height of 15 m within one vegetation period (7 months). With the realization, the required project goals were achieved:
- positive ecological impact on the microclimate in the densely built-up commercial area
- "Green beacon project" with aesthetic appeal
- Increase of the quality of stay
