The center of the newly planned urban district is a generous park, surrounded by a green edge of woods and other shrubs, dissolving inwards and finally creating a large, open meadow area. Two water fountains as a design element evoke the initial, former history of the areal.
A green band, running from the northern to the southern end of the district, cuts not only through the park, but also continuous into the neighbored building structures. Outside of this quarter, the axis merge into existing parks and open space, to create a relation with other communities.
